Community Care Fund
Community Care Fund (CCF)
The Community Care Fund (CCF) is a Hope & Harbor program designed to provide short-term, one-time financial assistance to individuals and families facing a temporary crisis. CCF exists to help remove immediate barriers and stabilize people so they can take the next step toward long-term security and independence.
Rather than being a band-aid solution, CCF focuses on problem-solving support — helping people address the root cause of their situation while connecting them to additional community resources when needed.
What CCF Can Help With
The Community Care Fund may assist with limited, one-time support such as:
- Transportation assistance
- Basic needs
- Emergency costs
- Other short-term financial barriers impacting stability
All assistance is based on the availability of funds and individual circumstances.
