About The Next Step
The Next Step is a community resource center dedicated to helping individuals overcome barriers and move toward stability. Rooted in the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), we connect community members with vital resources to support their journey toward self-sufficiency.
OUR SERVICES
We provide guidance and access to essential services, including:
Housing Assistance – Support with finding stable, long-term housing solutions.
Employment Services – Job search assistance, resume building, and skill development.
Healthcare Navigation – Connections to medical, mental health, and substance use resources.
Financial & Legal Assistance – Support with budgeting, benefits, and legal aid referrals.
Personal Development – Life skills workshops, mentoring, and goal-setting support.

The Next Step is open to anyone in the community who needs support. Whether you are experiencing homelessness, facing financial hardship, or seeking resources for a fresh start, we are here to help.
